Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and
credits work for our concierge/relocation services.
1) Services are time-based
Our work is primarily planning, coordination, communication, scheduling, and (when purchased)
in-person accompaniment. Because time and availability are reserved for you, refunds depend
on whether work has started and how much time has been committed.
2) Payments are processed via Stripe
All card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. If a
refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method through Stripe.
3) Cancellation by the Client
A) If you cancel before we begin work
You may request a refund minus any non-refundable payment processing fees (if applicable).
B) If work has started
“Work started” includes any of the following:
● intake review and planning
● vendor outreach and coordination
● appointment scheduling
● checklists, itineraries, or recommendations prepared for you
● messaging support initiated within your service window
In these cases, we may issue a partial refund based on work completed, or convert the
remaining value to a service credit.
C) If your service window has begun
Once your scheduled service window starts (including WhatsApp support time), unused time is
generally non-refundable.
4) Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Please request rescheduling as early as possible.
● If we can accommodate the change, we’ll reschedule within available slots.
● If a reschedule causes additional coordination work or conflicts with pre-booked time, we
may require an add-on fee or convert the booking to a different package.
5) No-shows and late arrivals
If you miss an agreed time or are unavailable, that time may be forfeited and may not be
refundable. If we can continue later, it will be subject to team availability.
6) Third-party costs are separate
If you pay deposits or fees to Third-Party Providers (internet company, movers, technicians,
reservations, etc.), those are subject to the provider’s policies. We do not control third-party
refunds.
7) Refund timing
Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear back on your original payment method
depending on your bank/card issuer processing times.
8) How to request a cancellation or refund
Send your request in writing and include your name, service purchased, and booking date.

9) Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
